1. Operational Framework
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website, software modules, and technical solutions created by NDTechHub, a core tech unit of NAVDIVA Group Pvt Ltd. By initiating project discovery or using our custom interfaces, you agree to comply with these terms, our privacy statements, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise in custom project contracts, clients retain ownership of bespoke logic databases. General vanilla layout libraries, template components, and core styles remain the structural property of NDTechHub.
Billing & Parameters
Deliveries follow structured project stages (Discovery, Design, Development, Launch). Payments require advance parameters as quoted. All official invoices carry baseline GST (18%) where applicable, routed through our administrative console gateway.
Disclaimers & Delhi Jurisdiction
We engineer high-performance systems optimized for sub-second responses and zero-bloat execution. However, we do not warrant that external platform APIs (such as OpenAI, Firebase server tunnels, or host providers) will sustain 100% continuous uptime. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
NDTechHub reserves the right to suspend operator keys or system gateway access in the event of contractual default or system security violations.
