1. Acceptance of Operational Terms

By accessing the website at ndtechhub.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. 2. Intellectual Property and Architecture

Unless otherwise stated under a direct client service contract, the structural algorithms, source code methodologies, UI/UX designs, and backend architecture (including AI RAG pipelines) provided by NDTechHub remain the intellectual property of NDTechHub and the Navdiva Group. You may not reverse-engineer or re-distribute our proprietary framework-free architectures without explicit permission.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NDTechHub or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the digital systems or APIs engineered by NDTechHub, even if NDTechHub or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

4. Platform Accuracy and Revisions

The materials and specifications appearing on NDTechHub's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. NDTechHub does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for any disputes relating to the Navdiva Group or NDTechHub services.
